2. Service Description

SmindTools provides a B2B platform for GSM professionals, offering IMEI unlocking services, server activations, and software tool rentals via an automated API system.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Payments and Balances

All services are prepaid. You must add funds to your wallet to place orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or cryptocurrency network confirmations. Refunds to external payment methods are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Funds deposited into the platform are generally non-refundable to the original payment method and can only be used for platform services.

5. Order Processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. If an order fails, the funds will be automatically refunded to your platform balance. You agree not to dispute payments for orders that are currently in process.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmindTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
